Welcome to Scholino, a web application owned and operated by Scholino. Our App is designed to be the fastest way for users to create, organize, and export their daily diary effortlessly and without errors. Scholino provides a professional diary that respects the curriculum, supports entering dates in several languages, and offers print-ready templates in A4 size to make your work easier, faster, and more accurate.
By accessing or using our App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms” or “Agreement”), as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use or access the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last Updated” date at the top. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates.
1. User Accounts and Responsibilities
To access the full features of our App, you must create a user account and pay the required activation fees. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep this information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your email and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
Your Scholino account is for your personal and individual use only. You are expressly prohibited from sharing your account credentials with any other person or entity. Any attempt to do so will be considered a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate and permanent suspension or termination of your account, without a refund. We reserve the right to monitor account usage for any suspicious activity, including but not limited to, concurrent logins from different locations, that may indicate a violation of this clause.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Inappropriate or fraudulent use of the App.
- Failure to pay any fees when due.
- Any other conduct that we believe is harmful to the App or its users.
2. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Behaviors
You agree to use the Scholino App solely for its intended purpose of creating, organizing, and exporting your personal daily diary. Your use of the App must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
- Sharing Your Account: As stated in the previous section, your account is for your individual use only. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to any other person. Any such activity will result in immediate account termination.
- Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App, other user accounts, or our computer systems or networks.
- Malicious Activity: Introducing viruses, worms, malware, or any other harmful code to the App or its users.
- Data Scraping: Using any automated system, including “bots,” “spiders,” or “scrapers,” to access, monitor, or copy any part of the App’s content or data.
- Abuse and Harassment: Using the App to harass, abuse, stalk, or threaten others, or to post content that is obscene, defamatory, or libelous.
- Intellectual Property Infringement: Uploading, posting, or otherwise transmitting content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
- Commercial Use: Using the App for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted by us, including reselling the service or using it to advertise other products or services.
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these provisions, including reporting them to law enforcement authorities.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the Scholino App, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, patents, and other proprietary rights, are owned by and reserved to Scholino.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our App for your personal and individual use, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the App.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App. You are also expressly prohibited from reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the App, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law or you have our prior written permission.
4. Disclaimers of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
a. Disclaimers of Warranties
Our App is provided to you on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Your use of the App is at your sole risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scholino disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty that the App will meet your requirements or expectations, nor do we make any guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information obtained through the App.

5. Miscellaneous Clauses
a. Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Scholino regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.

c. Governing Law. These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
